Our Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 hour after our delivery. At this time you can check every detail of what will we provide to you. At this time you can confirm with us about the products. After this period of time, we will not accept any kind of complaint about the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

After you get the delivery you check it in 30 minutes. If anything had wrong with the products then we will replace it. After this time no complaints will be allowed.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
